President's  Message

Education and teachers are of crucial importance in preparing young people and societies for the future. The aim of any teacher education institution is to produce well learned individuals, capable of thinking independently, creatively and objectively which is an essential quality of prospective teacher. This platform is provided at CTE by conducting various workshops, seminars and organizing lecture series. We are indeed happy to announce that the first issue of CTE Journal –“Educational Vision” is releasing soon. The editorial board is also starting a CTE e- News letter on our web site cte.uttarakhand.com which will provide a podium to the research scholars and teacher educators to share their views and activities conducted in Department of Teacher Education in state and the other state chapters. It is matter of great pleasure and honour for CTEF, Uttarakhand Chapter to felicitation of the teacher educators who are carrying the CTEF, campaigns to such a elevated status in their states.CTEF, Uttarakhand Chapter salute to these Torch Bearers of Education.
